Pittsburgh’s Best Authentic Columbian Coffee Shop

Colombino Coffee & Cacao

I stumbled upon Colombino in the South Hills of Pittsburgh while running errands and it has become my ultimate favorite coffee shop.

Forget Starbucks & Dunkin. You can TASTE just how authentic the coffee and food are at this business. If you’re looking for a small coffee business to support that delivers amazing Columbian coffee taste and authentic Columbian food like arepa egg sandwiches, you’ve come to the right place.

My favorite drink at Colombino is their Farmer’s Latte made with oat milk. It’s smooth, strong, and wakes you right up. That’s the beauty of Columbian coffee that’s authentic- the wake up is REAL.

As a mama of 4, heading into the shop transports you to a tropical paradise with its music, atmosphere, art, and freshly made food. Which is about as close as I’m getting to the tropics in this chapter of my life.

Ingredients are REAL FOOD and are made every day by several authentic, Columbian women in the kitchen.

From a nutrition standpoint, I highly recommend this coffee shop. Conventional drive through coffee is sad bean water compared to what Colombino is offering. Additionally, almost all drive-through and popular coffee shops reheat food that has been made weeks ago- full of preservatives- and then charge you $10 to eat it.

They also have a selection of local gifts including candles, “Mystery Dates” with books, and chocolates and coffee to bring Columbia to your home.

10/10 Stars.

Columbian Coffee, authentic food & drinks, great atmosphere, AND THEY DELIVER.
